Terms of service and sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Microphage Analyzer Pro Figma plugin and its paid plans, published by MICROPHAGE INTELLIGENCE (Paris Trade Register 991 058 785). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them.

2. The service

The service analyses the screens you submit from Figma and proposes interface copy corrections. One analysis covers one screen, rewrites included. Results are decision support: they are neither an exhaustive audit nor professional advice, and the final call is yours.

3. Account

An account is created with an e-mail address and a single-use login code. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

4. Plans and pricing

• Free: 3 analyses a week, free of charge.
• Pro: EUR 15 per month incl. VAT, 40 analyses a week.
• Studio: EUR 45 per month incl. VAT, 120 analyses a week.
• Extra usage credits: top-ups of EUR 5, 10 or 25, spent as you go once the weekly limit is reached. They never expire and are non-refundable once consumed.

Weekly limits reset every Sunday. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payments are processed by Stripe; no card data ever reaches our servers.

5. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment. You can cancel anytime from the plugin (Settings, Billing, Manage plan): the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, by e-mail to contact@microphage.ai. By subscribing you request immediate performance of the service: if you withdraw, an amount proportional to the service already consumed remains due and the rest is refunded (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code).

7. Fair use

The service is provided for normal professional design use. The following are excluded: resale, systematic extraction of results, attempts to bypass limits or to reverse-engineer the analysis engine. We may suspend an account in case of manifest abuse, after notice.

8. Ownership

Your screens and your content remain yours. The service, its engine and its analysis referential remain the property of MICROPHAGE INTELLIGENCE. Rewritten copy proposed by the service is freely usable in your projects.

9. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it. Any undelivered analysis is not counted. Our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid over the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, contact contact@microphage.ai first. You may also use free consumer mediation or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
